Good to know.

Do I need a Beeflower plan?

Yes. Buying and connecting a domain is part of the Pro and Business plans, because that is where your site is published. The domain itself is paid for separately, per year.

How fast does my site open on the new domain?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. We register the domain, add the records for your site and switch on HTTPS. A few networks can take a little longer to see a brand-new domain.

What does renewal cost?

The renewal price is shown before you pay and again in Settings → Domains. We email you a month before, then charge the card you paid with ahead of the deadline. You can turn auto-renew off at any time.

What if someone takes the name while I pay?

Then we can’t register it, and you get a full refund automatically. Nothing else to do.

Can I use email with my domain?

Yes. In Settings → Domains, open DNS and add Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email in one click — or paste the records any other email provider gives you.

Can I move my domain somewhere else?

Yes, it’s yours. From 60 days after registration (an ICANN rule for every new domain) you can get the transfer code in Settings → Domains and move it to any provider.

Is my personal information public?

The registrar and the registry need your contact details to register the domain. Where the ending allows it, privacy protection keeps them out of public WHOIS lookups.

Can I buy a .no or another country ending?

Yes. Type the full name, like bakeri.no. At checkout we ask for the local address and company number that registry needs. Private-person .dk is not available yet — register those as a company, or connect a name you already own.

Can I use letters like æ, ø or é?

Not yet. Search spells them out for you (kafé becomes kafe) and tells you when it does.
