Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Beeflower. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.

The service

Beeflower lets you describe products in plain language, generate working web apps, preview changes, and publish versions when you are ready. The service may change over time as we improve generation, hosting, and collaboration features.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

Your content

You retain rights to the prompts, uploads, and project materials you provide. You grant Beeflower a license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service, generate outputs, and publish apps you choose to make live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Beeflower to:

  • Break the law or infringe others’ rights
  • Distribute malware, phishing, or abusive content
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform
  • Upload confidential data you are not authorized to process through third-party AI systems

Generated output

AI-generated apps and copy may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, including design, content, accessibility, legal claims, and security configuration for anything you put in production.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plan features may differ. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled according to the plan terms shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Domain names

When you buy a domain name through Beeflower, Beeflower acts as a reseller. The domain is registered with Hosting Concepts B.V., trading as Openprovider (Registrar.eu), an ICANN-accredited registrar in the Netherlands. Beeflower is not ICANN-accredited. By buying a domain you also agree to Openprovider’s Domain Registration Agreement and to the rules of the registry that runs the ending you chose (for example .com). ICANN explains your rights in its registrant benefits and responsibilities and registrant educational information.

  • You own it. You are the registrant. Keep your owner contact details accurate: if they change, tell us at hello@beeflower.dev within 7 days and we update the registration. You may be asked to confirm your email address. Deliberately false details, or not answering a request to confirm them within 15 days, can lead to the domain being suspended or cancelled.
  • Price and renewal. You pay the price shown at checkout for the number of years you choose. Domains renew automatically every year at the renewal price shown at checkout, charged to the card you paid with. We start trying to charge 14 days before the renewal deadline and email you a month before. You can turn off auto-renew at any time in Settings → Domains; we then remind you before it runs out.
  • Expiry. A domain that is not renewed by its deadline expires and may be deleted by the registrar, as described in Openprovider’s renewal and deletion policy. Getting it back afterwards may cost more, or may not be possible.
  • Refunds. If we cannot register the domain after you pay, for example because someone else registered it first, we refund you in full automatically. Once a domain is registered, registration and renewal fees are not refundable, because the registry does not refund them, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Transfers. You can move your domain to another provider at any time from 60 days after it was registered, using the transfer code in Settings → Domains. Transfers follow ICANN’s Transfer Policy, and disputes about them its Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy.
  • Name disputes. You confirm that registering and using the domain does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You agree to the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and, where it applies, the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) procedure. For disputes about the domain name, you accept the courts where you live and where the registrar is based.
  • Use. You may not use a domain for malware, botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraud, counterfeiting, or anything else illegal. We or the registrar may lock, suspend, or delete a domain used this way, or when a court, registry, or ICANN requires it.
  • Your details. We pass the owner contact details you give us to the registrar and the registry so they can register the domain. Where the ending allows it, we turn on privacy protection so your details are not shown in public lookups. See the Privacy Policy.

Reporting abuse

To report spam, phishing, malware, fraud, or other abuse on a site hosted by Beeflower or a domain bought through Beeflower, email abuse@beeflower.ai. Include the address of the site or domain and what you saw. We read every report and act on it.

Availability

We aim to keep Beeflower reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Previews, publishing, and model providers may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or outages.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beeflower disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using Beeflower at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or other users.
